He is a graduate of the Florida of Florida State University. He began his journey with Bouchard in 1997 as a commercial alliance sales executive. Over the years, he held several key positions within the organization, including workers comp division manager, Sarasota division manager and vice president of sales, before becoming only the third CEO of Bouchard in 2009. Doug eventually took over as CEO of the Florida region in 2023.
